Rating: 1/5 StarsUnethical business practices and complete data manipulation. White Wheel performed an alignment on my van that was subcontracted through George's Auto. They forced an alignment onto a vehicle that had a completely unbolted, sliding steering rack, which is a physical impossibility. When I returned on August 13, 2026, to have the crooked steering wheel corrected under their active 90-day workmanship warranty (Warranty Class WA), they refused to honor it. Instead, management (Tom) predatory double-billed me $153.04 for "labor time." To cover up the fact that the repair failed and my traction control remains completely broken, they intentionally altered their alignment software settings to delete and hide the mandatory "Steer Ahead" metric from my final printout so I wouldn't see the failing data. I have already filed a formal fraud dispute with my bank and a deceptive practices complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Avoid this shop at all costs.

They are really good at what they do and this is the first time a mechanic ever took me under my car to show me the problem, so i knew exactly why i needed the repairs i needed. My car is running much better now. They also sell locally raised meat and eggs! Im definitely coming back for more steaks and bacon and eggs, even when i dont need my car worked on. Highly recommended. Their pricing was more than fair too, and saved me a bunch vs the dealership.

White Wheel offers top notch service, and they take pride in their work. They are family owned and have been around for a very long time. I trust them to work on my 1973 Ford Gran Torino and my 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. As a full time mechanic at a dealership I do most of the work on my cars myself, but I don’t always have the time or resources to do everything. I would highly recommend White Wheel, they offer quality work that’s done right the first time at a fair price. The vintage neon sign makes for a great photo op with your car as well!

Mike, Tom and the crew are hands down just the best. The shop has worked on several of my vehicles, everything from AMGs to winter transportation. Always welcoming… Genuine sense of community and family. Even my service dog feels at home there…
